LaBrian Jones Jr., 24, of Greensboro, died Saturday, June 6, 2026.
LaBrian was born on May 30, 2002, in Greensboro, Alabama, where he grew up surrounded by love and a deep sense of faith and community. He was a devoted son to Cecilia Douglas and LaBrian Jones Sr. He was a proud and beloved brother to his siblings Shandrika, Tykorius, Maurice, Tilasia, and Tiray. BJ also shared a close and loving bond with his niece Ka’Mora; his cousins Shundasia, Lamondrick, Taniya, Xavian, Sky, Marion, Jamel Jr., and CJ; his aunts Jenika, Twanisha, and Lamonica; his uncles Jamel, Jay, and Korderra; and his grandmothers Betty Joe Douglas and Dorothy Jean Robinson, as well as his great-aunt Ann, along with a host of cousins. BJ was a kind and generous soul and a faithful friend to many who knew him.
From a very young age, BJ was known for his adventurous spirit and deep love for family. He was fearless, energetic, and always ready to create lasting memories. He was also protective of those he loved, always looking out for family and friends with loyalty and care. His kindness, strength, and loving heart touched many lives, and his memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him.
