This year’s National Day of Prayer will be observed next week on Thursday, May 2nd at 12:00 noon at the Hale County Courthouse steps in Greensboro. In case of rain, we will meet at the Greensboro Baptist Church Family Life Center.

This year’s theme is “Lift Up The Word – Light Up the World.” It is derived from the scripture found in 2 Samuel 22:29-31: “For you are my lamp, O Lord, and my God lightens my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall.”

All are invited to this event, sponsored by the Greensboro Ministerial Association and area churches.
