Project Horseshoe Farm’s 2026-27 class of Greensboro Community Health Fellows has arrived. The 14 recent college graduates come from 12 states, from Hawaii to Connecticut, with one from just up the road in Tuscaloosa, and they will spend the year in Greensboro working with the nonprofit’s Health Partners, its after-school and summer youth programs and its community partners.
