Robert, always known as “Bob”, was a loving husband and father. He loved his wife, sons, and his grandchildren with all his heart. He often went without to make sure everyone in his life had what they needed. He loved Jesus and spoke of him often. He was also a fighter of health issues for the past 26 years. This brought the people in his life closer, most of all his wife Peggy.

Peggy was his soul mate and she was one of the main people that gave him strength to live as long as he did. She along with his boys and grandchildren were what he fought and lived for the last 26 years.

Pallbearers will be Todd Ray, Grant Ray, Bret Ray, Charles Raines, Christopher Terry, and Roger McMillian.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Traumatic Brain Injury Foundation of Alabama or National Crohn’s Disease Foundation.
