This is notice that William Ralph Cothran, Administrator of the Estate of Charles Melvin Cothran, deceased, surviving spouse of Rollanda Rudd Cothran, deceased, has filed a petition for summary distribution under the provisions of Section 43-2-692 of the Code of Alabama of the personal estate of the said Rollanda Rudd Cothran to the Estate of Charles Melvin Cothran.
Thirty days after the date that this notice is published in a newspaper in Hale County, Alabama, an order of summary distribution will be entered by the Court.
