Mary Alice Jackson, 106, died Thursday, November 20, 2025. She was born January 10, 1919.
With deep love and profound gratitude for a life well-lived, her family announced her transition from this life on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Mrs. Jackson’s long life was a testament to faith, strength and grace. She touched many hearts through her kindness, wisdom and unwavering love for family, church and community. Though her earthly journey has ended, her legacy will continue in the lives of all who were blessed to know her.
Viewing was held Friday, November 28, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Melvin Miller Funeral Service, 302 Pickens St., Marion, Alabama 36756.
A Celebration of Life service was held Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Reynolds Chapel Church, 3587 Reynolds Chapel Road, Newbern, AL 36765. The service was live-streamed to allow extended family and friends to share in the celebration of her life.
Interment followed at Jackson Estate Family Cemetery, Reynolds Chapel Road, Newbern, AL 36765.
