The Antioch Church, under the leadership of the Rev. Ferrel Caddell, and Bay Springs A.M.E. Zion Church, led by the Rev. Joseph Finch, are coming together to sponsor the First Annual Community Christmas Celebration. This joyous event is an invitation for everyone in the community to come together in the spirit of the season.
The celebration will take place on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at Bay Springs A.M.E. Zion Church. Attendees can expect a heartfelt program filled with songs, poems, plays, praise dancing, and even an ugly sweater contest. Organizers are encouraging participation from all local churches, inviting members who would like to contribute to the program to reach out and join in the festivities.
“We want to pack the pews as we celebrate the Greatest Gift of All—Jesus Christ,” the organizers said. All are welcome to attend this special event.
