Greensboro woman dies Monday in Tuscaloosa

Tuscaloosa authorities have identified the Greensboro woman who tragically died in a single-vehicle accident early Monday morning. Tiffany Sheree Jones, 42, was driving a 2006 Ford Explorer on Hargrove Road when her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree near 45th Street East. Despite the swift arrival of paramedics, Jones succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The Tuscaloosa Police Department’s Traffic Homicide Unit is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
