Six local students were named to The University of Alabama’s dean’s and president’s lists for the summer 2026 semester, and three high school students in UA Early College made its director’s list.
Deidre Paige-Carter of Greensboro and Ivy Seales and Karleigh Wyres of Moundville made the president’s list, which requires a 4.0 grade point average for the term. Brodricqueline Fulghum, Selena James and Chadwick Howard, all of Moundville, made the dean’s list, which requires a 3.5 or better. The two lists together named 624 students enrolled during the summer.
In UA Early College, which lets high school students take university courses, 494 students were named to the director’s list with a 3.6 or higher: among them Anna Morrison of Greensboro, who attends Southern Academy; Samantha Potter of Akron, who attends Hale County High School; and Devyn Dillard of Moundville, who attends Holy Spirit Catholic High School.
