National Public Safety Telecommunicator’s Week will be observed April 12–18, 2026, honoring the dedication, service, and sacrifice of 911 dispatchers.

Perry County’s 911 dispatchers play a critical role in public safety—coordinating emergency responses, saving lives, and ensuring assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Departments or businesses wishing to show support and appreciation for Perry County’s 911 dispatchers may contact Kristi Milner at 334-247-2104 for more information.
