LaToyia LaKeshia Tubbs was born on December 9, 1976 and passed away on June 20, 2023. The graveside services for Ms. Tubbs took place on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 12 p.m. at the Pine Grove Baptist Church in Greensboro, Alabama. Pastor Lester O. Walker officiated the ceremony, while Pastor James Franks, the church pastor, also participated in the service.
The order of the service included a prayer, scripture readings from both the Old and New Testaments by Pastor James Franks, and a solo performance by Sis. Alexandria Skipper. Words of comfort were provided by Pastor Lester O. Walker, followed by a prayer.
The families expressed special gratitude to Pastor James Franks and the Pine Grove Church Family, Pastor Lester O. Walker and the Union Grove Church Family, the North River Dialysis Clinic, and the Washington and Paige Mortuary Family. The final arrangements were entrusted to Washington and Paige Mortuary.
