Leslie Morgan Richardson, age 36, of Greensboro, Alabama passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025. She was born Dec. 6, 1988.
Leslie was preceded in death by her grandfather, J.T. Richardson; grandmother, Peggy Averette; aunts, Daphne Richardson and Jackie Averette; and cousin, Charlie Baltzell.
She is survived by her parents, Steve and Charlotte Riddle and Greg Richardson; grandparents, Jenette Richardson and Less Averette; siblings, Ashley Williams (Brennan), Tara Pigg (Jason), and Justin Riddle (Christy); her precious niece and nephew, Linleigh and Wheeler Williams; her niece, Katie Atchley (Brad), and Katie’s son, Brody; aunts and uncles, Keith Averette, Kevin Averette (Ginger), Thomas Averette (Melissa), Van Richardson (JoEllen), Beverly Skidgell (Don), and Molly Ramsey (Mike); and cousins, Falon Baltzell, Hannah Averette, Ethan Averette, Scottie Fike, Ben Fike, Jayna Hicks, Grayson Averette, Brantlee Averette, Will Averette, Kelly Sims, Christy Tucker, Leah Stone, Savannah Abrams (Jake), Maddi Driver, Kaleigha Driver, Jaxen Abrams, Emma Abrams, Tara Gray (Cameron), and Bart Stone.
Leslie lived life to the fullest. She was beautiful inside and out. She was loud, over the top, and her infectious laugh could usually be heard for miles. Leslie was loved by so many and was the daughter, sister, and friend everyone wished for. Her stubborn and headstrong ways usually brought everyone around to her way of thinking, and we wouldn’t have wanted her any other way.
A visitation for Leslie was held Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home, 3802 Watermelon Road, Northport, Alabama 35473, followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM.
