HCSD reports probation violations, FTA, abuse

Hale County Sheriff’s Department released the following report of the department’s recent activities:

Arrests:
January 28, 2025
Michael Boyd, 32, of Cottondale, was arrested for failure to appear.

January 29, 2025
Anthony Gorden Noland, 31, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for failure to appear.

January 30, 2025
Cederia Ayanna Monique Davis, 23, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for failure to appear on two charges.

Courtney Smith, 33, of Northport, was arrested for failure to appear.

Stanley McKinney, 40, of Greensboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

January 31, 2025
Jeremy Gracie, 36, of Gallion, was arrested for resisting arrest, first-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree criminal mischief.

James Tyler Culp, 24, of Greensboro, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Annabell Reese Carpenter, 22, of Northport, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

January 27, 2025
Domestic violence harassment was reported on Mt. Olive Road near Gallion.

January 28, 2025
Harassing communications was reported on Old Greensboro Road near Uniontown.

Second-degree criminal mischief was reported on Oak Village Road near Akron.

Identity theft was reported on County Road 21 near Greensboro.
