Dorothea H. Davis, aged 51, passed away on November 4, 2023, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL. She is survived by her mother, Shirley C. Hoskins; her daughter, Jalisa Hoskins; her son, Jedarrius Hoskins; stepsons Frank Powell, Sean Smith, and Donte Davis; sisters Cynthia G. Walker, Cassandra M. Palmer, and Equillia V. Hoskins; and brothers James G. Hoskins, Earnest Caddell, and Christopher Caddell. Her grandchildren, Jaydon Russell and Maleya Davis, along with close friends Charlita Adams McCoy and Cletricia Peterson, cherish her memory. Davis was also mourned by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation was held at The Agnew Funeral Home, and her life was celebrated at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Greensboro, AL, officiated by Pastor Calvin Johnson.
