Members of the Choctaw Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, gathered at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Greensboro on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at 2:59 p.m. as church bells rang across town to open Constitution Week. The annual observance marks Sept. 17–23 in recognition of the signing of the U.S. Constitution.
