Hale County Sheriff’s Department released the following report of the department’s recent activities:
Arrests:
May 5, 2025
Antonio Dwayce Daniels, 41, of Demopolis, was arrested for theft of property in the third degree and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card.
Nicholas O’Jerro Harris, 36, of Greensboro, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm, and possession of a controlled substance.
James Dylan Moakley, 27, of Moundville, was arrested for failure to appear.

Diane Denise Gray, 39, of Greensboro, was arrested for chemical endangerment of a child.
Albert Shelton III, 52, of Brent, was arrested for failure to appear.
May 7, 2025
Deshawn Smith, 44, of Greensboro, was arrested for certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.
Savannah Banks, 21, of Greensboro, was arrested for two counts of chemical endangerment of a child.
Deandrea Lee Webster, 34, of Birmingham, was arrested for failure to appear.
Ivey Scott, 38, of Greensboro, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

Krea S. Chavers, 25, of Greensboro, was arrested for truancy.

Cruelty to a dog or cat in the first degree was reported on Pelican Drive near Sawyerville.
A car fire was reported on County Road 38 near Sawyerville.
Reckless endangerment was reported on 1st Avenue South near Akron.

A miscellaneous incident was reported on Highway 69 near Moundville.
Harassment was reported on J.D. Wyatt Lane near Moundville.
