Hale County Sheriff’s Department released the following report of the department’s recent activities:
Arrests:
March 25, 2025
Gerald Kirkman, 57, of Moundville, was arrested for a SORNA (Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act) violation.
Darryl Leon Holley, 49, of Newbern, was arrested for sexual misconduct and domestic violence in the third degree (harassment).
March 27, 2025
Phillip A. Grisby, 43, of Greensboro, was arrested for child support.
Corinna Holliday, 26, of Moundville, was arrested for truancy.
Preston Leshon Parker, 35, of Demopolis, was arrested for failure to appear.
March 29, 2025
Jared L. Manning, 27, of Demopolis, was arrested for driving under the influence.
Incidents:
March 24, 2025
An incident involving burglary in the third degree and theft of property in the second degree was reported on Alabama Highway 69 near Greensboro.
March 25, 2025
An incident of theft of property was reported on County Road 77 near Sawyerville.
March 28, 2025
An incident of criminal trespass was reported on County Road 29 near Moundville.
