Two Moundville men, 18-year-old Wyatt Christopher Daniel and 19-year-old Hunter Lee Wyatt, have been cited for illegal hunting activities in Perry County. The citations stem from a November 28 incident at or near County Road 23 and Bud Logan Road, where they were accused of hunting at night, hunting from a vehicle, and discharging a firearm over a public road. The men were allegedly in a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, according to court documents.

The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources issued the citations following the incident. Each man faces the same three charges. Both defendants are scheduled for a bench trial on March 5 after an initial plea docket hearing set for February 18.
