Akron native David Cole has recently taken on a new role as the President of the Ductile Iron Pipe Research Association (DIPRA). Previously serving as the Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the Business Council of Alabama, Cole’s career continues to expand in impactful ways. His expertise in infrastructure and public policy was recently highlighted in an opinion piece published in the Washington Times, where he emphasized the importance of ductile iron pipes in maintaining clean and safe drinking water. His family and the community are proud of his accomplishments as he represents Hale County on a national stage.
