Sherry Ann Colburn of Marion entered into eternal life on May 22, 2024. She was a graduate of Francis Marion High School and Judson College, where she received a BS in elementary education. She touched the lives of many children as a remarkable educator and, in recent years, the lives of the elderly as she transitioned to the role of caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Judy Colburn. She is survived by her sisters, Shelia Colburn, Kathy Odom (Neal), and Laura Etheridge (Roger); four nephews: Mike Edwards (Amber), Dylan Edwards, Tyler Bone, and Trey Etheridge; and two nieces: Katie Bone and Ensleigh Neal (Jacob). Her sweet spirit, witty sense of humor, and infectious laugh will never be forgotten. A memorial service will be held on June 15 at 2 PM, Hopewell Baptist Church, 1570 Hopewell Church Rd., Marion, AL.
