Blackbelt R.I.S.E., a rural initiative focused on student empowerment, now offers a tutoring program for students in grades 6-12, as well as college students. Tutoring sessions are each Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM in Building A, located on 16478 Highway 14 in Sawyerville (the former SOUP building). Areas of focus include: mathematics, reading, English, essay writing skills, ACT prep, and homework assistance. All tutoring is administered by experienced and certified teachers.
