Newbern Public Library will host a book event for local children’s authors and book writers. The Newbern Library is partnering with 1 Vision Empowerment Publishing (Pam Delaine). The event will be held on July 15, 2023, 10am – 1pm.

The purpose of this event is to encourage reading and writing literacy in our local community. Families, organizations, and students are encouraged to attend. The event is free and open to the public.
