Greensboro’s Salem Missionary Baptist Church begins a week of activities starting with its 153rd Church Anniversary on Sunday, August 28th at 3:00 pm at the church. Joining in the celebration will be New Home Missionary Baptist Church from Gordo, Alabama and its pastor, Rev. C. Wayne Davis, who will be the guest speaker.
Salem’s five days of revival will begin the following evening, Monday, August 29th at 7:00 pm at the church with Rev. Dr. J. C. Carter preaching nightly through Friday. Currently, Rev. Carter is serving as Salem’s interim pastor and was previously its pastor for twenty- three years.
Salem looks forward to you joining in this week of celebration and evangelism — “Continuing in Faithful Service.”
