The West Birmingham, Ensley, Greensboro District, under the leadership of Presiding Elder Gloria Hall and Rev. Joseph A. Hall Kr. pastor, of Saint Matthew A.M.E. Church Greensboro, thanks those who assisted them in their efforts to help the community of Sawyerville rebuild following the Feb. 3 tornado there.
The WBEG District assisted in the disaster relief effort to aid Sawyerville families on Saturday, March 12, 2022, St. Matthew A.M.E. and other churches from the WBEG District helped those in need, with both financial support and non-perishable goods.
