Akron man charged with criminal mischief after alleged BB gun damage

Frank Hollie Jr., 71, of Akron was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged in Hale County District Court with third-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, according to court records.

A complaint filed in the case alleges that Hollie told investigators he shot at neighboring homes with a Daisy BB gun, including shooting a door multiple times, damaging vinyl siding, and shooting an outdoor air-conditioning unit.
