Annie Ray Brown died on April 10, 2024, at Hale County Hospital. She was born Oct. 14, 1952. Annie Brown leaves to cherish and honor her memory her husband of 53 years, Henry Brown Sr., her children; Byron (Gerta) Brown of Ellenwood, GA; Deoncia Constant of Tuscaloosa, AL; Fabian Brown of McCalla, AL; Yvette Brown of Fort Wayne, Texas; Henry (La- Sonya) Brown of Northport, AL; Josephine (Aldric) Bennett of Helena, AL; Joel Brown of Tuscaloosa, AL; Zandra Brown of Las Vegas, Nevada; a bonus daughter, Verlander (Walter) Jones of Greensboro, AL; a bonus son, Robert Benison of Las Vegas, Nevada; brothers; Richard Brand of Marion, AL; Norman Brand of Bronx, New York; Natchez Brand of Huntsville, AL; Prichard Brand of Montgomery, AL; Patrick Brand of San Diego, California; a host of grandchildren, one greatgrandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins, saints, and friends. The life of Annie Ray Brown does not end with her death. For we know, according to the scripture, that as a born again believer, she will rise again in the resurrection of the Church. A viewing was held on Friday, April 19, at the Agnew Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 4:00 PM. Celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20, at the New Pentecostal Church, Greensboro, AL at 1:30 PM and interment followed in the Brown Family Cemetery. Eric Aldric Bennett officiated.
