Mary Naidean Cook Johnson, age 87, of Moundville, Alabama passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024. She was born May 15, 1936.
Dean loved to hunt and fish and spend time camping with her husband, Jack. In her free time, she loved quilting, gardening, and canning. She enjoyed all of her animals.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Johnson; father, Robert Manley Cook; mother, Mittie Gessner Richardson; brothers, Claude B. Cook, Earnest L. Cook, Robert A. Cook, and Thomas H. Cook; sisters, Beatrice Averette, Frances G. Henry, Willie D. Ballard, and Marie Hartley.
She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Friday, April 26, 2024 at 3:30 pm at Pine Flat Baptist Church Cemetery in Moundville, AL 35474.
