Lucille Marie Conner
died March 14 at the age of 71. She was born June 21,
1950 in Hale County to the
late Mary (Merrit) and
Matthew Conner.
She accepted Christ at an
early age and joined Christian Valley Church. She
later joined St. Matthew
Church in Sawyerville.
She is preceded in death
by her parents, Mary and
Matthew Conner; daughter,
Nikki Conner; brothers,
Robert Conner and Amos
Conner; sisters, Viola Conner, Mary Conner, and
Addie Plott; and a grandson, Keith Conner.
Survivors include her
children; Veronica
(Lawrence) Travis,
Michelle Williams, Linda
Conner, Ricky (Terrall)
Conner, Michael Conner,
Vontrail Conner, Eddie Earl
(April) Conner; sisters,
Willie Pearl Garrett and
Emma Taylor; brothers,

Curtis Conner, Albert
Dedrick, William Conner,
Raymond Hall, Frederick
Jordan, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces,
aunts, uncles, cousins, and
friends.
Funeral services were
held Saturday, March 26 at
Bass Tabernacle in Akron
with Pastor Jessie Pasteur
