Norman Jetmundsen (above), author of ‘Unrivaled,’ will speak in Greensboro.
Friends of Hale County Library will host a library lecture and book signing with author Norman Jetmundsen Jr. on Sunday, Jan. 25, at 3 p.m. The event will take place in the Project Horseshoe Farm ballroom in Greensboro.
Jetmundsen is the author of Unrivaled, Sewanee 1899, which tells the story of the 1899 Sewanee Tigers football team and one of the greatest seasons in college football history. He will speak about the book, answer questions, and sign copies.
Refreshments will be served, and the Unrivaled documentary will be shown following the program.
