HCSD reports arrests for failure to appear, forged instrument, DUI, assault this week

Hale County Sheriff’s Dept. has released the following report of the department’s recent activity:

Arrests:

November 3, 2025

  • Derrick R. Carter, 40, of Uniontown, was arrested for failure to appear.
  • Joseph Holeman, 57, of Sawyerville, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.
  • Terrance J. Williams, 41, of Moundville, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

November 4, 2025

  • Maria Foster King, 45, of Uniontown, was arrested for possession of a forged instrument, second degree.

November 5, 2025

November 6, 2025

  • Matthew Jeremiah Fowler, 18, of Marion, was arrested for domestic violence III/assault third degree and domestic violence strangulation.

  • Haley Kellond Price, 32, of Greensboro, was arrested for four counts of failure to appear.

November 9, 2025

  • Landon Casey Shields, 18, of Demopolis, was arrested for driving under the influence.
  • Daveron Williams Dallas, 38, of Marion, was arrested for driving under the influence.
  • Robert Lee Jones Jr., 53, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree.

  • Criminal trespassing was reported on County Road 21 near Moundville.

November 5, 2025

  • Theft of property, first degree, was reported on Highways 69 and 80 near Gallion.

November 7, 2025

  • Identity theft was reported on Third Avenue near Akron.
  • Theft of property and criminal mischief were reported on County Road 26 near Faunsdale.
  • Assault, third degree, was reported on Annie B. Lane near Moundville.

November 9, 2025

  • Domestic violence, third degree, was reported on Cottonwood Road near Newbern.
