You are hereby notified that the above-styled cause was filed against you by Nationstar Mortgage LLC on December 31, 2024, seeking to interplead funds as a result of a foreclosure sale concerning the real property located at 33 Sunset Gardens Drive, Moundville, AL 35474 (“the Property”) in Hale County, Alabama.
