West Alabama Works will host a free hiring event Wednesday, July 24, from noon to 4 p.m. at Greene County High School, 14221 U.S. Highway 11 South, Eutaw, AL 35462.
The event is designed to connect local residents with employers who are actively hiring across a variety of industries.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with company representatives and apply for open positions.
“We’re excited to bring this event to Greene County and give job seekers a direct path to employment opportunities,” said Donny Jones, executive director of West AlabamaWorks and executive vice president and chief workforce officer at the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama.
“Whether you’re looking to reenter the workforce or take the next step in your career, this event is a great place to start.”
