Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, 186 County Road 34, Akron, will celebrate its 182nd Homecoming on Sunday, July 27th, beginning at 10:45 a.m. Rev. Richard Collier will bring the morning message with 2nd Mile as guest singers. Lunch and afternoon singing will follow the morning service. Everyone is invited.     The congregation of Mars Hill Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate its 157th Church Anniversary and Annual Homecoming during morning worship on Sunday, July 13, 2025. The service will begin at 11:00 a.m. This year’s guests will include Pastor Richard Bennett and the Palestine Baptist Church family. Church leaders say they are looking forward to welcoming former members and friends back to Mars Hill to mark the occasion.
