Hale County Sheriff’s Dept. has released the follow report of the department’s recent activity:

Arrests:

June 23, 2025
Kadarius Everson, 24, of Uniontown, was arrested for failure to appear.

June 25, 2025
Gary James Snow, 68, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for theft of property, third degree.

July 2, 2025
Duane Barry Smith, 59, of Akron, was arrested for driving under the influence and animal cruelty, second degree.

Ashleigh Eicher, 48, of Newbern, was arrested for failure to appear.

July 4, 2025
Charles Wilson Jr., 33, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for murder.

Attempting to elude a police officer was reported on East Ridge Circle near Greensboro.

July 1, 2025
Domestic violence, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, were reported on Thomas Lane near Greensboro.

July 2, 2025
Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported on County Road 7 near Greensboro.

July 3, 2025
Domestic violence, third degree, was reported near the intersection of County Road 21 and County Road 14 near Greensboro.

July 6, 2025
Domestic violence, third degree, was reported on Five Mile Creek Road near Akron.
