Mary Robertson Johnson, 88 of Kimberly, AL, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 3, 2025. She was born on May 14, 1936, in Tuscaloosa, AL to Walter Brady Robertson and Ruth Wolley Robertson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Sue Robertson Massengale and Barbara Robertson Drury, and her bother-inlaws, Charles N. Massengale and Wallace Foote Drury. Her husband survives her: Jon Allen Johnson of Kimberly, AL, her sister Patricia Robertson Higdon, her children: Clint Robertson Crawford and Andrea Juliet Crawford of Tuscaloosa, Al, Sarah Crawford Miller (Mike) of Hayden, AL, Tina Denise Johnson of Niceville, FL, Jon Allen Johnson, Jr. (Debbie) of Butler, TN, Robert Watson Johnson (Sarah) of Gulf Breeze, FL; her grandchildren: Rachel Elizabeth Fritz (Nick), Patrick Shane Crawford, Spencer Wayne Miller, Marlene Kate Miller, Joshua Conner Johnson, Jessa Savannah Johnson, Colby Allen Johnson (Carey), Chelsea Marie Johnson; great-grandchildren: Oliver William Fritz, Amelia Elizabeth Fritz, and Addison Kate Miller. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on Friday, March 7, 2025, at First United Methodist Church in Greensboro. A graveside service followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Greensboro with Doug Jolly officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Greensboro Chapel directing. Pallbearers were: Patrick Shane Crawford, Spencer Wayne Miller, Michael Wayne Miller, Robert Watson Johnson, Jon Allen Johnson, Jr and Nick Fritz.
