Hale County Sheriff’s Department released the following report of the department’s recent activities:
Arrests:
February 17, 2025
Albert Frank III, 44, of Greensboro, was arrested for five counts of failure to appear.
Timothy B. Morgan, 37, of Uniontown, was arrested for failure to appear.
February 18, 2025
Kendall Jai Cole, 39, of Gallion, was arrested for domestic violence third degree/ menacing and pistol possession by a certain person forbidden.
February 19, 2025
Kelsey Stephens Loftis, 31, of Moundville, was arrested for the Parent Responsibility Act (adult).
Jessica Herndon, 42, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for failure to appear.
Dylan Charles Townsend, 19, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested for production of pornography with a minor.

Chrishonda R. Johnson, 31, of Duncanville, was arrested for failure to appear.

Tommy O’Neal Edwards, 46, of Sawyerville, was arrested for public intoxication.
