Willie Myrtis Thomas, 80 of Greensboro, Alabama passed away peacefully at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama on November 6, 2024, surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Thomas, mother Melonea Martin, daddy, Stanley Hamilton Martin, four siblings Stanley Martin, Jr., Sarah Latham, Keith Martin, and Eloise Murphree, grandchildren, Thomas Hayden Drake, Jessica Nichole Hogg and great grandchild Waylon Jude Hogg.
She is survived by her three children, Sharon Hogg (Tommy), Dana Powell (Perry), and Beverly Drake (Joe) and her sister Marjorie Davis, grandchildren, Dylan Drake (Krista),Tyler Hogg (Kylie), Amber Cotton (Darin), Steven Millican, and Brent Powell (Morgan), Tiffany Parker (Nich), and six great grandchildren, Liam Hogg, Ella Katherine Hogg, and Hudson Hogg, Bishop Parker, Kate Parker, and Caroline Parker.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:00 am at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Arthur Thomas and Bro. Dee McGuire officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing. Visitation was held at Antioch Baptist Church from 10:00 ~ 10:45 am on Tuesday.
Pallbearers were Dylan Drake, Brad Shurett, Brent Powell, Jon Thomas, Nich Parker, and Tyler Hogg.
