Two individuals were taken into custody this week on charges related to discharging firearms into occupied structures, according to the latest jail log from the Hale County Sheriff’s Department.
Darrlies O’Neal Watford, 25, of Huntsville, faces charges of discharging a firearm into an occupied building or vehicle. Meanwhile, David Earl Evans, 27, of Tuscaloosa, has been arrested on multiple charges, including third-degree assault, discharging a firearm into an occupied building or vehicle, and domestic violence/criminal mischief.
As of press time, no court documents have been filed in connection with either arrest, limiting the available details surrounding the incidents. However, the simultaneous arrests of both men for similar firearm-related charges on the same day raises questions about a potential connection between the two cases.
The Hale County Sheriff’s Department has yet to release further information. The investigation is ongoing, and updates will be provided as more details emerge.
