The Greensboro UMW Bazaar is this week, Friday, November 18 at Greensboro First United Methodist Church downtown on the corner of Tuscaloosa St. (Hwy 69) and Main Street.
“We are so excited and are working hard to make it a great event,” said organizers.
One exciting chance is the raffling off of a beautiful quilt. You can purchase chances for $1.00 from any UMW member, by sending a request through Facebook, or at the Bazaar.
UMW members will also be serving a delicious catfish lunch for $10.00 per plate. Lunch includes catfish, hush puppies, beans, slaw and dessert. You may also purchase those ahead of time.
There will be crafts, baked goods, cakes, cookies, candies, soups, casseroles and much more. “Begin your day with us and enjoy biscuits, coffee and orange juice,” said members.
