Alvin Hathorne of Faunsdale died at his home on August 1 at the age of 79. He was born May 15, 1943. Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 13 at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Gallion. Burial followed at St. Michael Baptist Church Cemetery in Faunsdale. Phillip White’s Julia L. White Funeral Home of Uniontown directed.
